Introduction

At Turner’s Hardscaping, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you request a site survey or contact the business. Turner’s Hardscaping is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

Information We Collect

When you submit a contact or enquiry form, the information you provide may include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your telephone number (optional)
  • Your address, if supplied
  • Details about your project

Website Enquiries

Netlify provides the Forms service used by the contact forms on this website. We use it to receive site-survey requests and project enquiries. Please only include information needed for us to understand and respond to your request.

Website Analytics

Netlify provides the Web Analytics service used to understand how people use this website, including page views, popular pages, traffic sources and general locations. It produces these aggregate reports from its CDN server logs, without placing analytics code or cookies in your browser. Its unique-visitor figures are calculated using IP addresses. On the current Personal plan, the Netlify dashboard provides seven days of Web Analytics history.

We use these aggregate reports to maintain and improve the website. You can read more in the Netlify Privacy Statement.

How We Use Your Data

We use the details you provide to understand your project and respond appropriately. This may include:

  • Responding to your enquiry
  • Arranging a site visit where appropriate
  • Preparing a quotation
  • Communicating with you about work you have accepted

We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and Security

Enquiries that do not become jobs are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. Information relating to accepted work is retained only for as long as needed to carry out the work or meet applicable record-keeping requirements.

Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information where we no longer need it;
  • restrict how we use it in certain circumstances; or
  • object to its use in certain circumstances.

To make a request, contact Turner’s Hardscaping at info@turnershardscaping.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
